Something that has puzzled my imagination...

I love my career, but I also want profound and deep spiritual growth and
god connection. Can you recieve, complete spiritual enlightenment, and
still do what you want to do with your life?

Yes, absolutely! Spiritual enlightenment isn't about what you do, so much as it's about who you are while you're doing it. Anything can be a ministry, if it's a place where you show up as your best self and do your best to show love to others.
