Enlightened Leading
The enlightened leader is quiet,
as invisible as possible,
creating space for others'
inspiration and greatness,
by raising the energy
of lower inclinations,
Producing an enriching environment
of personal responsibility,
and praising people to be a part
of their own healing integrity,
The sage actively observes,
simply trying to serve,
not demanding,
while deflecting credit,
and choosing to resolve conflicts
with love,
Living kindness,
trusting others to know
what's best for themselves,
and being trusted, in kind,
While leaving scarce
personal trace
of teaching influence
in the process.
